In this 5 star rated class you will learn all the basics! Neeka is dedicated to helping beginners succeed at their so-dough journey. With hands on learning and a safe environment for all of the questions, you will leave this class with a “take and bake” dough, a living starter (in-person class only), and all the confidence needed to bake your loaf and take care of your starter . It truly isn’t as complicated as the sourdough rabbit hole you’ve been down! In-person classes are held at The Chattery once a month on a Thursday Evening from 6-8p or Online via Zoom!
